It applies as soon as you access this website.<\/p>\r\n<p>All communication must be addressed to our customer service (hereinafter &#8220;Customer Service&#8221;), reachable via the contact form or by email at <a href=\"mailto:contact@yanhaltey.com\">contact@yanhaltey.com<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Article 1 \u00b7 Legal framework<\/h2>\r\n<p>The processing of your personal data is governed by the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, SR 235.1) and by the Ordinance on Data Protection (DPO, SR 235.11).<\/p>\r\n<p>To the extent that YHB uses third-party services whose servers are located in the European Union, or which process the data of European Union residents, the relevant requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016\/679) are taken into account in the choice and configuration of those services.<\/p>\r\n<p>In accordance with art. 19 FADP, this Policy constitutes the information provided to data subjects at the time their personal data is collected.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Article 2 \u00b7 Data collected on the website<\/h2>\r\n<p>When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information about your device, in particular information about your web browser, your IP address, your operating system, your time zone and some of the cookies installed on your device.<\/p>\r\n<p>As you browse the site, we also collect information about the pages viewed, the third-party sites or search terms that referred you to our site, and the way you interact with the site.<\/p>\r\n<p>If you use our forms (contact, appointment booking, online assessment, newsletter sign-up), we collect the information you voluntarily provide: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, answers to the questionnaires, message. We may ask for proof of identity to verify your identity.<\/p>\r\n<p>We reply within a period of 30 days. This period may be extended by a further 30 days in the case of a complex request, with notification.<\/p>\r\n<p>Exercising your rights is free of charge.
