This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) is issued by Yan Haltey Brands Sàrl, a Swiss company with its registered office at Rue Saint-Martin 32, 1005 Lausanne, Switzerland, registered with the Commercial Register under IDE No. CH-550-1195939-0 (hereinafter “YHB” or “We”).
This Policy explains how YHB processes your personal data (hereinafter the “Personal Data”) and the rights you hold in this regard. It applies as soon as you access this website.

Article 1 · Legal framework
Your personal data is governed by Swiss data protection law.
When YHB uses third-party services based in the European Union or processing data of European residents, GDPR requirements are factored into the selection and configuration of these services.
This Policy constitutes the information provided to individuals at the time their data is collected.
Article 2 · Data collected on the website
When you visit our website, our host records technical log data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested page, and your browser type. These logs are used to operate and secure the server.
We measure site traffic using a statistics tool installed on our own servers in Switzerland. The data shows which pages are viewed and via which paths, in aggregated form. No data is shared with third parties, no individual profiles are created, and this information is not used for advertising purposes.
If you use our forms (contact, appointment booking, online assessment, newsletter sign-up), we collect the information you voluntarily provide.
Article 3 · Sensitive data
YHB does not intentionally collect sensitive data as defined by the DPA (health data, political opinions, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, genetic or biometric data).
If you voluntarily share such information in your communications, YHB does not process it in any specific way and applies the same protective measures as to all your data.
Article 4 · Non-collected data
No payment is processed on this site: we do not collect any banking data. YHB does not gather geolocation data.
Article 5 · Purposes of processing
We process only the data necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- Provision of services consulting, design and support services.
- Communication about services request follow-ups, appointment reminders, service updates.
- Marketing communications sending newsletters, offers and editorial content — only if you consent.
- And detection and prevention of unauthorised access, fraud and security incidents.
- Legal obligations accounting data retention, response to requests from competent authorities.
YHB neither sells nor rents your personal data, nor shares it with any advertising network.
Article 6 · Legal bases
Processing necessary for the provision of services and related communication relies on the performance of the contract binding us.
Processing linked to the security of the site and its servers relies on YHB’s legitimate interest. You may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
The processing of your data for marketing purposes relies on your consent. You may withdraw it at any time.
The processing of your data for accounting and legal obligations relies on the legal obligations imposed on YHB.
Article 7 · Data sharing
We share your personal data only with the categories of recipients described below, strictly to the extent necessary for the purposes set out in Article 5.
Article 8 · Data hosting and location
The site and its data are hosted in Switzerland, by Infomaniak Network SA, in Geneva. Messages you send us via the forms are stored there, and our mailboxes are hosted in the same place.
Article 9 · Technical subcontractors
We have only one technical subcontractor: Infomaniak Network SA, based in Geneva, hosts the site, its database and our email services.
Only the site’s video player, if you enable it, relies on external servers; you can decline.
Article 10 · Authorities
We may be required to share personal data with competent authorities if the law so requires (legal obligation, court order, criminal investigation).
Article 11 · No other recipients
Outside the cases described in the previous articles, we do not share your personal data with any third parties.
Article 12 · Retention periods
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or for the period required by law.
You may at any time request the deletion of the data we hold about you by writing to the address provided in our legal notices.
Article 13 · Rights guaranteed under the DPA
Under the DPA, you are entitled to the following rights:

- Right to rectification : request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure : request the deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Right to data portability : receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Right to object : object to processing based on YHB’s legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw consent : withdraw consent at any time.
Article 14 · Exercising rights
To exercise your rights, send your request in writing to Customer Service. We may ask for proof of identity to verify who you are.
We respond within 30 days. If your request is complex, we may extend this deadline by a further 30 days and notify you.
Exercising your rights is free. We may refuse to act on requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Article 15 · Right of appeal
If you believe your personal data is not being processed in accordance with applicable law, you may contact the competent data protection authority.
Article 16 · Security measures
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against any unauthorised access, use, alteration or disclosure.
Access to data is limited to individuals with a legitimate need within the scope of their duties. All our employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations.
However, no transmission of data over the internet or a wireless network can be guaranteed.

We may amend this Policy at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. The version date is listed in the document header.
Article 21 · Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Policy is governed exclusively by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation of this Policy shall be subject to the ordinary courts of Lausanne.
